"upon arrival check in was not ready i had to wait about 90 min for the room to be ready. the room did not look like the photos and looked like a dark closet/ storage area. fixtures were out of the 80s or early 90s including lighting, vanity, shower while bathroom really. seams on the drywall were popping. The door did not have a secondary or secure way to lock it was just a door handle lock. and the coffee maker did not work properly. whatever chemicals they used to clean smell treatable and...

"From the very start, I had a good feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me warmly at check-in and on my 2 other days there. Although they were still learning and adjusting to a new system, they were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It may not have been quite as soft as I personally prefer, but I still slept well all three nights of my stay. I also appreciated having a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge...
