"Breakfast was great and enjoyed by both hubby and myself. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was absolutely great as I sleep very well w/room at 66 deg!The mattress was great and added to my great sleep. Will definitely book at this hotel again when next we are in the neighborhood"

"We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. "Definitely worth the stay because it was quiet, clean, and affordable. The staff made sure to put us with a hyper toddler over the laundry room so we wouldn’t disturb others by running/bouncing and she just did it- I didn’t even ask. My only disappointment was that the air conditioner was really loud and that caused some trouble for my toddler. It’s a window unit so not much to be done to cure that issue. We’re grateful for ease of our stay here and we recommend it to families."

"We stayed here to be near Toyota Amp. for a concert. The front desk guy was rude. He mumbled then got extremely irritated when I politely asked him to repeat himself. He looked at me and sarcastically clear as day said ‘WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?’ Um okay.. why couldn’t you have spoken that clearly the first time? "Our first room was not clean so they moved us to another room. In that room the shower mixing valve was broken so not hot water. They moved us back to the first room and said it was clean, it was not some sort of sauce on the bedspread and small black beard trimmings everywhere. The tv in the first room did not work the first night I was told I had to wait till the morning for maintenance. They never showed so i called again.
