Hotels near Olentangy Indian Caverns

"Stayed there for OSU graduation. Everything was fine. Shower was heavenly, some kind of awesome showerhead. Beds were very bouncy when you sat on the edge but comfortable once laying down. Pillows could have been firmer. Breakfast and dinner choices solid although we did not eat dinner there. Easy to get to campus from there, about 20 min. Would gladly stay there again. "

"I expect more from the Marriott brand. Asked for extra pillows, was told no. The toilet paper was cheap and abrasive, left us bleeding. The room had one minuscule garbage can, none in the bathroom area. The shower was tiny."

"Upon arrival, reception informed us that the restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. Not a great start and it got much worse. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting the complimentary coffee bar consisted of 2 keurigs and a total of 3 coffee pods. Returning to the room at 10pm the key wouldn’t work. We walked down to the reception and received a new set. Also didn’t work. Back down to the lobby. The reception person ultimately had to break into the room using a crowbar and hammer. By this time it’s after midnight. We had to pack all of gear up and move rooms. They didn’t help us at all, in fact I had to go down to the lobby again and retrieve a luggage cart. The rooms both had wallpaper coming off the walls and no toilet paper. Next day we didn’t get a call or visit about the situation. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Stay here at your own peril."
