"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting, I politely made my presence known. When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival. What made the situation even worse...

"Great price, but you get what you pay for. Simple, dated building. Easy check in and out. I wouldn’t consider the breakfast offered an actual breakfast. Very close to Diamond Nation and if you’re trying to spend the least amount possible during a tournament weekend, it’s a good choice."

"inn did not have our reservation on file. hole in bathroom door. no free breakfast. carpet needs replaced. halls dark. bed was comfortable. no closet. no extra blanket or pillow in room. light in bathroom not working"

"Quiet and clean, pleasant staff and lots of parking"

"Bathrooms showed a lot of wear and tear. Water damage on the outside of the shower. Bed was very hard and had 3 small and extremely soft pillows. The room itself was nice but sleep wasn’t great. Staff was great but due to the uncomfortable sleep would not recommend"

"At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago."

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"
