"The entire hotel was hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast was burnt and dry. I stayed for 3 nights didn’t have the do no disturb flyer on the door and they never came in to make the bed or to change towels or even take away trash….. had 2 different rooms first room had bugs everywhere…. And third room was a little decent but I wasn’t happy won’t be returning "

"Everything was great. Our A/C went out the first night. The quickly upgraded us to a better room. They even double checked to see if it was satisfactory. A+ for the staff's attention to our situation."

"Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was great, with lots of options. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Hot tub and pool were nice. There’s a nice walking path along a canal just behind the hotel. Only issue we had was that ours had an adjoining door which allowed the noise from the next room to easily make its way to our room. Unfortunately, they were fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. Luckily the guys next door eventually quieted down."

"Parking was easy and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Catherine, the GM was especially helpful during my stay."

"Check-in and check-out were easy processes. Parking is available, but limited. It was a little disappointing that the vending and ice machines did not work on each floor, but the quality service made up for it. The layout of the rooms were nice. We didn't have the best view, but that didn't bother us, because we weren't there for that. We would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed for two nights in a lovely cabin. We had the king bed, 2 queens, fireplace, and 2 jet tubs cabin. Beautiful location, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us information about things to do and see, restaurants and markets. Clear directions to our cabin with a map of the property made our arrival pleasant. "We stayed in the Frost room and it was a perfect spot to land after a day of traveling. The breakfast was delicious too. I would recommend staying here when visiting the area. "

"This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. "
