"Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. "

"My only bad experience was partly my fault, in that I hadn't closed the doors to the balcony, and I was right above the "boardwalk", and a couple of gals talking loudly, woke me up at 4 a. m. So, close the doors, and turn on the air conditioning! Closing the doors blocked out a lot of sound. The room was wonderful, (except a window was dysfunctional) the views fabulous, and the breeze enchanting! Be aware that there is no parking close by. "

"The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold. "
