"Very close to the United Nations, nice and clean rooms, about 5-7 minute walk to the nearest Subway (but if you're keen, you can easily walk to the Times Square, Empire State and surrounding areas in 30 mins no problem. It's a nice walk). "

"Majority staffs are not good, only few people are good.There is no service at all. I believe the robots will be better to replace their most staffs. "

"I stayed April 30 - May 4. On the third night was cold, it was 69 degrees in my room. I called the receptionist to ask about the heat. They said now it’s spring the heat is off. They offered the blanket instead. On the fourth and last night outside was below 50, and in my room was 68 and still no heat😡. I had seen snow in April!!!"

While an engineer did come up on one occasion, his inspection was brief and he left without fully resolving the problem. No alternative accommodations or remedies were offered at any point, leaving our room at 80 degrees for the entirety of our stay.
