"This stay corrosponded with a 50th birthday we were invited to, and chose this accomodation as it was fairly close! I was upset at first, that my sister was on the ground floor, and I was on the top floor, but the gentleman carried up my case, I am 67 my sister 75! However both rooms were in very good condition extremely clean, and as I said to...

"I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available.
Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed.
Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...

"We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case.
