"Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. "

I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall. "Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me."

"Overall, our stay was great. The room and bathroom was clean. Room was a little smaller than anticipated and TV, while in a great location to the bed, did stick out a bit and could be an issue for someone over 5'5". The hallway in the upper level could use a little updating but not an issue to the room. We did not try the breakfast as we had to be at our race location before breakfast was served. I would stay again as it was in a good location. "

"Bathroom faucet falling apart. Poor water pressure there and shower. Door security latch broken. . Heater blasts continually no matter how low you set it making room a furnace. Had to just turn it on-shut it off all the time. Plus there was a mysterious continuous drone noise coming from the ceiling area that kept us up. I calledvthe night clerk and he said quote "This is not a five star hotel." What an answer !!! A five star hotel? I wouldnt rate it an asteroid. "

"I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone. "

"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. "We wish the breakfast eggs and sides were a little bit higher quality. Having the breakfast is a nice amenity but the items were not as good as expected."

"First, reception was so welcoming. The room was newly remodeled and clean. The breakfast selection included hot and cold items and changed a little each morning. The area was well stocked and clean. I would have liked a flavored coffee creamer option, but they had avocado mash for toast! Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub."
