"This hotel appears to be the town party hotel. We had noise on both sides of us all night, and the walls were so thin we could hear every word from those rooms. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the ac unit made an awful grinding noise when it came on. We left this hotel very early in the morning since neither of us had any sleep all night. The front desk person was very kind and helpful, but that was about the only positive with our stay here."

"Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I am at the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like urine, which appeared to be covered up with air freshener. The smell was unpleasant and made the room feel unclean. The carpet was also visibly dirty, adding to the overall impression that the room adopt been properly maintained. When I reported these concerns to the front desk, the staffs response was disappointing rather than addressing the issue, or offering a solution. They became...
