Liked: Cleanliness
Room smelled powerfully of cleaner. Motel was directly across a small street from an adult superstore. That said, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and reasonably quiet. Desk staff was friendly and helpful in finding a nearby restaurant.
Unfortunately this location is next to a strip club and homeless shelter. Lots of people from the shelter hang out in motel parking lot creating unsafe environment. Our room smelt like smoke and marijuana. I would not recommend staying here with kids. We changed hotels for our kids safety. Staff was helpful in that regard.
Reception clerk was friendly and accommodating. Floor tiles were coming up and made for a tripping hazard. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Plugs on each side of bed did not work. Paid for 2 nights but keys had to be replaced for second night.
A bit run down! Smelled like bleach when you walked in but was reassuring considering the neighborhood. The floors were vinyl which was good because I had a puppy and I was on the first floor with my door opening to the outside which was a plus for the puppy too.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only real complaint would be the homeless population that was constantly present. I was uncomfortable swimming in the pool with the homeless men that were coming up to the cigarette stand and looking through it right next to the pool.
Parking was right outside the door. Room was very clean. The pool was a bonus, too. Only problem we had was our neighbour who got up around 2am and made a lot of noise before he left for work, but that’s not the hotels fault.
Check-in was quite easy other than having to return to the desk becasue our keys didn't work upon first trying to get into our room.
Room was simple and clean. Expected to have shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom as most hotels do, but there was only soap.
Minimal amenities but it was easy for a one-night stay. Quite expensive for what you get but it was decent.
