"It was welcoming upon arrival, staff were Friendly, processional and accommodating. Even asked if I needed help with my luggage taken to the room! Room was great. Modern, clean and comfy. "Very nice sized room, clean and all the commodities you like such as a spacious comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting and comfortable chairs for sitting doing work at desk. Had a lovely meal in restaurant which was excellent value and very tasty with a fantastic breakfast and options available "

"This is a beautiful guest house that is very close to the railway station and the waterfront. Ferries go to Great Cumbrae regularly where there are lovely walks and scenery. The room although small had everything you need. The shower was shared with another room but that was no problem. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit, homemade bread, cooked breakfast. Keith was very welcoming and made you feel at home. Definitely would recommend. "
