"What a wonderful stay we had at this hotel! Firstly, we were able to check-in early and after a 6 hour drive that was great. Secondly, the room was comfortable and quiet(the exception to this was the loud HVAC window unit). "This is a Courtyard converting to a Country Inn and Suites. There was some construction while we were there, but it didn't really hinder us from doing anything or cause a disturbance. We did have plastic over our window, but that should be done with soon. The breakfast was good, there were cookies in the afternoon."

"We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and 2026. The quality of the hotel has gone down during that time period. This is a corporate issue. The studio kitchen had visible sticky food on it upon arrival and the pans had been scraped /usable to cook. The front desk women who checked us in was happy to provide new pans to us. We washed the rest of the dishes upon arrival because there was dust/dirt on them. The bathroom also had remnants of prior guests (dirt/hair). The pool was not usable during our stay...

"The room, towels bed linens as well As the kitchen stuff were clean. The breakfast could be improved. Oatmeal and bananas ran out 1 hour before closing. On a regular day, breakfast ends at 9:00 am. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was a total disappointment. For $17, the pack included two strips of bacon, over easy egg cooked on a messy grill, 5 sliced cherry tomatoes and a slice of bread."

"I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given."
