The City Garden Guest house is GORGEOUS!!!! Very modern with all amenities provided, beautifully decorated, spacious bathroom, complete set of towels AND sleeper for each guest, and super clean. A/C worked perfectly to cool the entire large room. Check in was super simple and fast. The owner allowed us to check in earlier than stated time. Within 5 minutes walking there are local cafe/bar shops, convenient and fruit market, gelato, and our favorite “de Enzo Gastronomia” where we got the best local food and hospitality. Our stay was PERFECT ❤️

This hotel is nice and clean and friendly.. but.. ther are not a single avalible taxi anywere and its far from the center. Not what we had expected. The local bus is the only alternative.

Das Objekt liegt ca. 1 km vom Zentrum entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umfeld ausreichend (wichtig in Olbia). Die Eigentümer sind sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Das zeigen die schönen Zimmer, das Bad und auch das sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe zubereitete Frühstück. Das Frühstück muss ausdrücklich sehr lobend erwähnt werden. Neben den reichhaltigen klassischen Angeboten gibt es auch sardische Spezialitäten. Der nur abends anwesende Eigentümer/Verwalter ist ganztägig telefonisch erreichbar und ermöglicht auch einen außerplanmäßigen Zugang. Außerdem gibt er eine detaillierte Einweisung zur Nutzung der Einrichtung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Struttura in posizione comoda; appena fuori dal centro, quindi tranquilla, ed allo stesso tempo in circa dieci minuti a piedi si è in centro. Carina l'idea di mettere a disposizione ombrelloni e frigo per gli ospiti. Unio neo se proprio si vuol trovare il capello, è l'assenza della colazione inclusa nel prezzo.

Hotel à 20min de la ville, quartier calme, 3 restaurants à proximité sinon ville. Accueil parfait en français ce qui a rendu les conversations plus agréable et fluide. Les lits n'étaient pas à mon goût mais ma sœur à bien aimé, bouilloire à disposition avec quelques sachet de thé, mini frigo à disposition mais pas le droit de mangé dans la chambre. Douche un peu étroite (très grand dans la famille), draps propre, serviettes de bain propre, chambre propre. Très bon Hotel.

Grote kamers, netjes ingericht, goed bed. De gastheer of gastvrouw is echter niet aanwezig: iets vragen is onmogelijk. Erg onpersoonlijk. Je dient jezelf goed te kunnen redden, want je bent volkomen op jezelf aangewezen.
