The hotel is dated. Bathrooms were clean. Couch in our room was worn and stained. Had 1 towel in a suite reserved for 4. Balcony was very small and no view. The indoor pool was not heated and not well maintained. The valet process took a long time.

Awesome hotel!! Location literally cannot be beat, you are right in the middle of everything downtown has to offer! Valet staff were very nice, as well as front desk. Highly recommend.
