We had a great stay, fantastic location and the staff were all wonderful. As others have said the hotel is showing its age a bit but for the price it was an excellent choice. If you want a perfect property you can pay 2-3 time more and stay across the street at the Renaissance

For the area this is an amazing hotel. Best breakfast in the area for a under $60 room. Balcony is cool to have, I have not seen 1 bug in my 1 week stay. That's huge to me. I just found my new go-to place when in town on business.
