部屋の広さ、きれいさは問題ありませんでしたが、脱衣所と便所が下水の匂いが上がってきており、使用時は精神的に辛かったです。 おそらく、洗濯機の排水口が密閉されていないのと、便所の床の排水口が風呂場の排水口のような形状になっており、排水トラップの水が枯れていたのかもしれません。 部屋主もわかっていたのか、トイレの排水口はビニールで目張りがしてありました。なので、開けられませんでした。 あと、寝室のペンダントライトのガラスが割れており、少し怖かったです。 部屋自体は良かったのですが、以上の点を加味すれば、星2.5〜3といったところでしょうか。 その点改善されれば、星4は付けられるかなと思います。 ちなみにフロントなどはなく、キーボックスの番号を教えてもらって、セルフでカギを取り入室するシステムで、部屋主としゃべることはありません。

カーテン、エアコンが、カビだらけで不快でした。 乾燥機を使ったら、砂や小石がバラバラと落ちてきて不快。 炊飯器が、汚れていた。 ベッド？枕？の匂いが気になった。 床が、ざらついていた。 指定された駐車場が、軽専用だった。 今回は、レンタカーが軽だったからよかったけど、違う時はどぅなっていたのか、考えると不安。 歯ブラシ等の、アメニティなし。

今まで色々な部屋に宿泊しましたが、まさかウォシュレットが設置されていないとは∑(ﾟДﾟ) 私は1日に2〜3回大するのでもうウォシュレット無しでは生きていけません。凄くショックでした。 なので次回は無いかなぁ… その他は特に不満もなく良いのではないかと。

1) 到埗那天仍沒有收到取匙的密碼.晚上,到了住宿外面,沒有任何酒店人員可以找到,亦沒有任何聯絡方法, 在聯絡Expedia客服, 一個多小時, 才知道拿取鎖匙的方法和密碼, 但最後仍沒有見到任何酒店人員的幫助. 我的電話只有流動數據, 無法打電話聯絡, 建議酒店人員可以添加其他聯絡方式或電郵供客人聯絡. 2) 大量的昆蟲在大門外面, 每天我的小孩都要驚慌的出入酒店. 3) 房間大致潔整, 但是紗窗窗簾有發霉, 電子熱水瓶內很骯髒, 拍了相片但無法通知酒店人員. 3晚的住宿, 一次也找不到酒店人員, 幸好地下有一間雪糕店, 當晚職員很盡力協助我找酒店人員.

アンチ浜の近くでロケーションは最高。 しかし、チェックイン24時間前になってもチェックイン方法の連絡が来ずに、管理会社に連絡する必要があった。 建物に入ると玄関でクモが一匹おでむかえ、部屋の中でもう一匹、捕まえようとすると今度はイモリがいた。 歯ブラシが一本だけ用意されており、人数分調達が必要です。ティッシュペーパーも十分な量はなく、買い足す必要があります。タオルがやや少なめで、手洗い、キッチンに置くことを考えると十分な量はないです。 それも含めて暮らすように泊まるというコンドミニアムの趣旨に沿っていると思います。ホテルのようなサービスは期待してはいけないです。

快適な瀬底生活

ビーチから徒歩5分で立地が良く、新しい建物でキレイでした。 必要なものはほとんど全てそろっていました(洗剤、シャンプーなどはもちろん、絆創膏や綿棒、ヘアクリップなど細かいものまで！)。 あったらいいな〜と思ったものは、トースター、虫除けスプレー、傘です。あとトイレにウォシュレットが付いていたらありがたい。 ベッドルームは２つあり，合計4人で泊まれます。 次は子供を連れて、またこのマンションに泊まりたいです(^^)
