I booked ocean room. Good sea view! I like the breakfast very much as it has smoked salmon pancakes with hot spring eggs that are very delicious! 9 - 10pm will have free drinks and snacks. I will come again.

The location is really great, directly on the ocean. It has an fantastic spa and a huge pool. The personal service is excellent. I only can recommend to take a higher priced room. The Japanese room for example is in not so good conditions and need to be renovated.

The hotel is quite spacious, and the ocean view is breathtaking. Before my visit, I had assumed that the hotel had undergone a recent renovation. However, the room we were staying in was surprisingly old. The facilities in the room appeared to have been used for over a decade. The sink had turned yellow and cracked, and the TV was small and had low resolution. The room also had an unpleasant odor. While the scenery is beautiful, the windows outside were covered in spider webs and insects, which was quite unsettling to look at.

Expected Accor hotels would be on par or competitive with Marriott standards. Property looked grand and new from upfront. Our Japanese style room was poorly maintained and cleaned. ex. wallpaper peeling, stains on chairs, dirty toilet crevasse. View was good if windows were clean and free of spider webs. Basic and dated TV, will not be able to sync your devices. A hotel this size, one would expect a convenient store on site. There is one about 5 mins walk away. There is little to no F&B options in the property or in the area. There is no room service. Security was weak. No cameras as deterrent common areas, did not require key fob to access floors. The country is overall very safe. I guess this is why they did not invest in this sector. The pool, there is a staff attendant, unsure if he is life guard, I am okay with watching my kids. He definitely didn't watch the pool. Just a heads up. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

It was ok. No baby crib available. The baby area is not baby safe, my child cut her head open on one of the tables bc they have sharp edges and had to go to the emergency room. There was mold on the vents in the room and the carpets were pretty dirty.

This property was advertised as having a nice outdoor pool. One of the first pictures is of a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the ocean. That was the only reason we chose this hotel, but unfortunately the pool was closed. They said it was out of season... it was early July and boiling hot. It is false advertising to show a pool as the main marketing picture and then only have it be open limited times of the year. I can see if it was the middle of the winter but it was July and extremely hot out. They need to mention that the pool is not open.
