"This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like...

"I had an amazing time. I was there for a work trip and the staff made it a memorable experience from the time I stepped onto the property. I was met with the valet from Towne Park. Her name was Riannan I believe. She was swift and courteous. The staff who worked the banquet hall were all very polite. They moved like ninjas setting up and retrieving our items. The two that stood out were miss Mariangel (sorry for spelling that incorrectly) and Ana. I had a great checkout experience with Mrs....
