The room was reasonably clean and good size. The kitchen has cooking facilities if it's of use to you. The beds were terrible and very uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on an inflatable bed, bouncy and unstable. Never experienced bed like that in an accommodation. The spa pools were closed. The sauna is extra charge. Reception staff were gone by 6 pm so no one to ask about spa pools or just local advice. Looking at the photos I expected a view to the peaks from the hotel. You can't see the mountains from there. Overall not worth the price they charge but for one night stop before carrying on driving it wasn't terrible. I wouldn't recommended if you are planning to stay longer than 1 night.

A gem of a motel We were so lucky to stay at this really lovely motel. Everything was perfect with a prefect host. To top it off, an amazing view of Mt Ruapehu. You can be assured of the perfect motel.

Very nice little apartment for a couple of nights in Ohakune. The room and amenities were super clean and the staff were really friendly. Our only drawback was that the bed was a bit soft for our liking, but you can't please everyone all the time.

Great Mountain View.

Great cute little hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Close to cute eating areas and just a 20 min drive to the best view of the mountains. Staff was super nice and friendly. No complaints at all. I’ll stay here next time I’m in town.
