"The location was gorgeous and perfect for exploring the castle in Obidos. Parking and check in were convenient as well."

"Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. Unfortunately our arrival was on the day of the massive power outage that affected most of Europe, so normal dining facilities in the area were not available."

"Central location, nice clean room in excellent state. The room was a bit on the smaller side, especially the shower cabin, but suited our family of three very well for a one night stay."

"Newly renovated and uniquely and thoughtfully decorated. Bedroom opened up to a courtyard with a pool. Nice and clean room and common area. Fully equipped kitchen. Very relaxing atmosphere in a small town away from the daily hustles. Will certainly come back to this place if in the area. "

"This hotel was beautiful. Loved our spacious room and bathroom! We had a cute little patio outside our room too. The roof has amazing views. The staff was very responsive, very helpful and friendly. Love that everything in the shared kitchen is available the guests. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Struttura completamente ristrutturata, bagno un po' piccolo, ma comodo e funzionale. Comodo e con tutto il necessario l' angolo cottura, comodo il letto. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale. Fuori dalla stanza/monolocale un carinissimo giardino con tavoli in pietra e aiuole molto carine da condividere con gli altri ospiti. "The owner Susana was really friendly and helpful, the room is a 10/10 and also the pool & outside area is beautiful and perfect to relax. The only improvable thing is that the door is poorly soundproofed. All in all i would really recommend the Pata da Gaivota Boutique House :)"

"Extremely friendly staff and owner made us feel like family. We weren't expecting the room to be serviced after the first night on a two night stay, but it was, unasked, including setting up a drying rack for the clothes we had washed and hung the night before. Clean self-service kitchen. Very charming. "

"This is a cute and convenient place to stay in Sintra. The staff was responsive and super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast and taking a break to sit on the patio in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend. "
