"I had no issues with Ameristar My issue is with Expedia They WILL NOT SEND ME A REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED ROOM Expedia CLAIMS they have to abide by the property’s terms even after ameristar told them it was ok to cancel "

"Room was clean and nice. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We arrived later in the evening. Lynette was the front desk person checking us in. She saw my daughter and I struggling with the dog and our stuff on our way to the room. She rode the elevator with us and pushed the cart into the room for us. She was AMAZING. We had a great stay!"

"If I can give this place a lower star, I would starting off the bat we need to change the pictures, some of the review that are good are ppl to probably are moving thru staying one night. because it is nothing as what you see when you try to book this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere very sketchy area trucking highway, the hotels under construction, and even the construction or the areas that are done. Still need to be worked on. We got our first room. There were dead bugs that look like bedbugs. Some where still moving, They changed us to a different room, the new room that we went to was OK only reason why we stood was because every other hotel around us was fully booked. We did not have a phone in our room so that we will be able to call front Desk. We asked if we can speak to the manager. They said the manager wasn’t in until Monday. They gave us a phone number. Phone number does not work so yeah if I was you, I would not be booking at this hotel. "

"The whole place felt unsafe, gross, reaked of cigarette smoke despite many signs for no smoking. I felt itchy from the room didnt want to sit on the furniture. I would love a refund as I checked out immediately. I was charged for 3 nights. I want a full refund. "

"The air conditioning was poor with a indoor pool the humidity stayed in the room made it u comfortable to sleep reported 3 times the maintenance was prompt in addressing the call but the air conditioner still was poor didnt go below 78 stayed on all night they looked at a second time i then asked fir a different room. Went to the second room it wasnt any better I would like some kind of compensation but not sure i will be staying again. If i was able to open the windows which was about the same temp but the windows were bolted shut i was in room 103 and then 113"
