"Would have like access back to room through the stairs leaving room came down stairs but going back up had to wait for another hotel person so I could be with someone in lift as I don’t like been by myself in lift had a terrible fright years ago so can’t go by myself in lift but otherwise excellent "

"The location is just perfect for me to attend the conference at Crown hotel. 5 mins walk to Crowns, 7 mins to Southern Cross station. The room is specious, clean and comfortable. The only downside is the hot water flow is not strong enough. "

"Beautiful place to stay right in the CBD and near Southern Cross, Bourke Street mall etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the view was lovely from the top floor. Apartment is spacious and clean. Just a couple of things: the bedroom is divided from the kitchen/living space with a glass wall, so you can't really do much without disturbing a sleeping partner (e.g. turning lights on). We would recommend blinds for the bedroom to fix this issue. Also, heating services the entire building,...
