Der Einstieg auf die Skipiste ist direkt vor der Tür. Das ist supercool. Der Raum zum Trocknen für das Equipment ist im Preis enthalten und frei zugänglich. Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr sauber und hübsch zurechtgemacht. Das Personal war an allen Ecken sehr freundlich, höflich und zu vorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden höflich beantwortet. Keiner wirkte genervt. Das war schön das so wahrzunehmen. Noch ein wichtiger Punkt. Wir waren diesmal ohne Kinder. Und selbst bei wirklich vollem Haus mit den kleinen Wesen war in dem Zimmer selbst absolut keine "Störung" . Also gut isoliert und Rückzug absolut möglich. Das Winter OpenAir war übrigens auch noch der Hammer. Das war unser eigentlicher Anreisegrund. Aber der Rest hat es uns nochmal so schön erleben lassen. Wir kommen wieder.

Zimmer sauber, Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl inklusive extra Kinderbuffet mit liebevoller kindlicher Dekoration, direkt an der Skipiste (allerdings an der deutschen Seite, die tschechische Skiseite ist besser), Personal sehr hilfsbereit, riesiger Pool, indoor-Tobeparadies, alles in allem TOP!!!! Ordentliches Hotel mit etwas DDR Charme Daher sind die Zimmer kleiner als heute üblich, das Bad winzig aber funktionell. leider nicht so ganz das was wir erwartet hatten, die Betten und die Toilette viel zu niedrig für ältere Menschen, die Stufen im Zimmer gefährlich ( obwohl es geschrieben steht), die Wanne total unpraktisch weil kaum nutzbar für Ältere,der Abstand Papierhalter zum Toilettenbecken ist zu weit, da sollte dringend etwas geändert werden, Speisenangebot zum Frühstück sehr eintönig, bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten wurde unser Zimmer kein einziges Mal gesäubert- obwohl im Prospekt mit täglicher Reinigung geworben wird, Schade☹️

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Ahorn Hotel am Fichtelberg und können es besonders für Familien mit Kindern empfehlen. Es gibt ein breites Unterhaltungsangebot: Kino, Abendveranstaltungen und sogar Minigolf direkt im Hotel. Auch ein Pool ist vorhanden – dieser war bei unserem Besuch zwar geschlossen, aber der Wellnessbereich macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck (auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben). Das Frühstück war inklusive und wirklich gut – große Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Auch die Getränkepreise an der Bar waren angenehm. Die Lage ist top: Direkt am Fichtelberg und im Winter sogar direkt an der Piste – ideal für Wintersportler. Was man wissen sollte: Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weichen deutlich vom ersten Eindruck der Lobby ab. Wer aber keine 5-Sterne-Ausstattung erwartet, findet hier eine solide Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Der totale Nostalgietrip, wir kommen an und sind in der DDR. Sehr kleine Zimmer mit viel zu wenig Platz, spartanisch und altbacken eingerichtet, das Bad geht gar nicht, da muss man rückwärts auf´s Klo!

Zimmer alt Bad schrecklich Dusche beim benutzen gestunken Matratzen supi Kopfkissen zu klein Beim Abendessen gab es zu wenig Plätze da abgesperrt wurde und es wurde auch nichts geöffnet man stand mit vollen Tellern da wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt. Personal an der Rezeption super freundlich. Schade das man für Sauna extra zahlen musste bei den teuren Übernachtungspreis. Fazit tolles Essen nettes Personal Zimmer schrecklich.

Viel zu teuer für so ein Service.. Bis abends 18Uhr warteten wir mit Kleinkind auf unser Zimmer, in den Ecken alles staubig, Matrazen runter gelegen. Klobürste alles braun. Im Essenssaal teilweise Geschirr und Gläser nicht strahlend sauber. Zum Abendessen gabs nicht mal Wasser für die Kinder, alles musste man extra zahlen. Man könnte ruhig im Hotel überall Wasserspender zur Verfügung haben. Also Hotel viel zu teuer, aber dafür tolle Umgebung..Perfekt für den Winterurlaub.

Absolut zu empfehlen. War jetzt das zweite mal dort und war wie wieder begeistert. Ein super Familienhotel in bestlage direkt am Skihang . Auch der Fußweg zum Ortskern ist recht schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel bietet einiges . Besonders den Urlaub mit Kindern egal welches Alter kommen auf ihre Kosten. Kino , Schwimmbad, indoor Spielplatz sind nur Beispiele falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Ansonsten pure Natur genießen bei tollen Gastgebern auch rund ums Hotel . Für uns 5 Sterne ! Wir kommen wieder .
