An sich alles soweit okay. Das Bad schön groß aber sehr altmodisch mit Duschvorhang an der Badewanne und dieser war auch noch viel zu klein. Waschbecken mit Rissen. Aber es war alles sauber. Sehr hohe Parkgebühren mit 8€ pro Tag und viel zu wenige vorhanden. Garagen für 10€ pro Tag, super Idee aber nur wenn man mit einem Mini oder Smart anreist, ansonsten kriegt man keine Tür mehr auf.

Ich weiß nicht, warum dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Abgenutze Zimmer, die Einrichtung teils beschädigt und in der Bettritze noch Salzstangen von irgendwann! Personal verträgt teilweise kein Deutsch. Frühstück war auch sehr dürftig und es gab Matschrühereier!

Zeer schoon en ruim opgezet. De kamers zijn echt heerlijk groot. De bedden zijn prima. Het ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd en er is veel keuze. Houd er rekening mee dat voor parkeren €8 per dag wordt gerekend. En het diner buffet is niet aan te raden. Er is zeer weinig keus, al helemaal voor vegetariërs valt er weinig te kiezen. Het dessert was een ijzeren plaat met een paar plakken worst en kaas en 5 mini potjes vruchtenmousse.

Wir waren für einen kurztrip am Wochenende da. Empfang war super, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Herrlicher Blick auf den Keilberg und den Fichtelberg. Frühstück war MEGA!! Nicht zu viel aber das was es gab war sehr gut. Beste Brötchen die ich jemals in einem Hotel gegessen habe. Ich denke frisch vom Dorfbäcker 👍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder. Vielen Dank

Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung aber was mich gestört hat waren die hohen Nebenkosten. 8 Euro pro Tag für Parkgebühr finde ich schon ein bisschen übertrieben. Mich hat es auch gestört, dass wir unseren Hund (15 € pro Tag) nicht mit zum Frühstück nehmen konnten.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß. Die Angestellten waren außer Rezeptionisten sehr nett und freundlich. Die Rezeptionisten haben nicht mehr als notwendig getan. Beim Out Checken haben sie nicht mal ein „Wiedersehen „ gewünscht, dann müssen wir auch nicht unbedingt wiederkommen.

Die Alpina Lodge selbst war sehr gut in der Ausstattung und im Service. Allerdings ist es in der Umgebung des Hotels für uns schwierig gewesen, etwas zum Essen gehen bzw. Kaffee trinken zu finden. Entweder musste man reservieren, das Essen war ausverkauft oder die Restaurants/Cafés schlossen bereits um 17:00 oder 20:00 Uhr und das zu einer der - nach unserer Meinung - Hauptreisezeiten in dieser Gegend. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung vom 28.-29.12.2022 gebucht.

die Buchung des Hotels war ein Glücksgriff. Das Gesamtpaket war sehr gut und die Lage auch. Somit konnten wir zu unserem eigentlichen Ziel, die MotoGP am Sachsenring zu sehen noch zusätzlich Karlovy Vary und Oberwiesenthal uns anschauen. Super!

Sehr nettes Familienhotel. Die Komfortzimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe und eine praktische Sofa-Ecke. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber heil und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch ist das Spielzimmer für die Kleinen mit Sofas und Sesseln in Sichtweite für die Eltern.

Dringend Nachholbedarf!!

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Zimmer sollten dringend renoviert werden. Frühstück sehr lieblos hingestellt. Personal wirkt teilweise so als wenn Sie zur Arbeit gezungen wird. Schulung dringend notwendig, wenn Besteck auf dem Boden gefallen ist wird es einfach wieder auf den Tisch gelegt und vieles mehr. Abendessen besser meiden keine 4* wert. Lieber eine der schönen Gasstätten in der Umgebung wählen.

Gute Lage, nur wenige 100m vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr funktional. Minibar war trotz Zimmerbeschreibung nicht vorhanden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war recht unfreundlich. Für Urlaub mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen. Kein Zutritt mit Hund im Restaurant.
