"This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely FILTHY….the room was disgusting. I had to go to Walmart and purchase my own cleaning supplies. Everything was out of date and packed with dirt and dust. The refrigerator had slimy thick stuff all in the drawers and bottom glass. The bathroom was horrible the beds were stained and smelly. Carpet and floors were so nasty. Jason and Tamara were nice and helpful. But the condition of the hotel is terrible. I will never visit another extended stay again."

"I had planned a nice get away for my lady friend. It was our first over night date. I got the Jacuzzi tub with the king bed. Got to the room and the bathroom floor was wet, not a small puddle either, the fresh water tank was leaking water. I out a bath towel down and decided I'll tell them about it in the morning. Ran water in Jacuzzi and added the bubble bath. My lady friend got in and turned the jets on, about 5 mins later she started noticing things floating around. She quickly got out of the tub and we looked and the jets was shooting out shredded cucumbers. My friend was disgusted. I called down to the front desk twice. Finally the night guy came up witnessed both issues and apologized, but offered nothing as a solution. I then went down stairs at 4am and noticed a different employee. I formed them about the two issues and she noticed the other clerk didn't put in any notes. She updated the account and told me to speak with her supervisor later that morning. When I came down to check out, not having used the Jacuzzi tub and my date ruined, I was told that the supervisor and the manager was not available and that they wouldn't help me anyway because I booked the room via Hotel.com. So no call to me to see if they could address the issues and no one answered the phone when I called back up there. This stay was a disaster and the feed back I got was definitely not ok. I'll be contacting the BBB to inform them of how I was treated. I will not be returning. Very disappointed"

"A quick overnight stay. Check in was easy but the front desk wasn’t too friendly. Not mean, just made it seem like I was bothering her by checking in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and fresh. "

"I have nothing but high marks about this location. I recently had back surgery and stayed at this location for 10 days. First, the rates were amazing and the staff unbelievable! Sabrina, Kathy and Tre were so professional and good to me. Their customer service skills were impeccable and they kept a smile on their faces. More places should be this friendly and professional. They were dog friendly so I took my Yorkie for the 10 day regroup. They checked in on me and I know that they went above and beyond to do that. I will be going back to this location very soon. Very clean hotel and the snack machine stayed fully stocked. Thank Sabrina, Kathy and Tre I am forever thankful for your generosity!"
