"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"I absolutely loved staying here while in Chicago. The studio was so spacious and everything you could need was already in the unit. The location of the place is right in the middle of the loop and so close to everything. They left white noise machines and ear plugs in the room since you are downtown.
