"The room was great. My wife loved it. Cute, quiet, and very clean. Loves the location. Walking distance from the Art Bishop district, where there are shopping, restaurants, and cool little bars. Such a cool vibe. Then your only about a five minuet Uber drive from any place downtown Dallas.

"I booked a room online here, and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location. I called right after I made the reservation, and they said that it had caused too much of an inconvenience, and the policy stated no refunds.
We did not stay the night.
Just an ounce of empathy or understanding would have been amazing but they really needed that $61. "
