"The accommodations were comfortable. Our only "complaint' might be that there needed to be more staff at the front desk in the evening. Because we had an early morning medical appt. we knew we would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel, so we opted to purchase frozen sausage/egg biscuits the night before to heat up in our room. "The room was spotless with a separate bedroom. It had a full refrigerator, stove , microwave and toaster and was equipped with dishes and cutlery. We didn’t use any of this but it was a surprising touch."

"This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. My husband and I travel a lot and we were both super impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, he’s had back surgery and I have had a hip replacement.We both slept fantastic. The breakfast was really good, tasty, and fresh. The front desk attendants were super friendly and accommodating as well. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Jacksonville."
