"We had no toilet paper (coming in later in the evening and after a road trip this was a complete inconvenience). Also no tissues in the box either. It was strange. The toilet paper roll was empty (not low and not missing- but the cardboard roll only) and the tissue box was there but empty. Room service/housekeeping issues. Also did not clean our room and I had to call for clean towels at least to get something for us to shower. Again, seems like simple things."

"Our 4 day stay was in Room 401. Pet friendly. End of hallway on the fourth floor. I can only describe our stay as frustrating. Firstly, there was no hot water for the first two nights. Then a maintenance crew was sent and the problem was fixed. The telephone in this room did not allow me to communicate with the front desk. "The staff were polite and helpful. The AC didn’t work in the lobby or the hallways so the building was really hot. There was makeup on the sheets so I assumed they hadn’t been changed."
