"We got a deluxe room with partial view of the beach and it was beautiful. The only downside was the pool. It wasn’t very modern or popular compared to other hotels. Staff was nice and friendly. It’s close to restaurants and walkable to the beach. The parking is convenient too. It’s a very affordable hotel if you’re looking for something cheaper."

"Beautiful, clean hotel with nice amenities and a lovely park next door. It's off the main drag of Waikiki Beach, but only a short walk to reach that area. The beach at Outrigger Reef, technically DeRussy Beach, is not as big as the area by Waikiki, and in the wate,r it's rockier, whereas the Waikiki side is sandier in the water, but if you want a little less of a crowd, Outrigger Reef is a great choice.
