"Beautiful and iconic resort"

"The property is convenient to Waikiki Beach and the International Market but is showing a bit of age compared to other hotels in the area. That said it is a very clean hotel. Beds could be more comfortable but that is personal preference. Pool is very small for the size of the hotel but poolside food/ bev/ service is excellent. You must try the Lava Sangria! Concierge at Blue Hawaiian was helpful in booking a last minute excursion due to a closure at Hanauma Bay and had great dinner...

"My stay at Alohilani was ok. There are some clear pros and cons. Pros first, the location and view were excellent. Concierge and valet are great, very prompt and helpful. The food and service at Swell was enjoyable also. Cons, the halls smell strongly of mildew. The pool area leaves a lot to be desired; you must be in the pool to see the view. The room is cramped with very little counter space. The bathroom has a strange setup, shower in the corner with a small wall and no shower...

"El personal del hotel es muy atento y te hacen sentir como en casa. El restaurant 100 Sails es excelente, el bar de la piscina excelente también, el café del lobby, el restaurant Kadaumidori para el que le gusta el Sushi muy bueno. Me gustaría que tuvieran un Lobby bar que abriera hasta tarde y que ofrecieran algún tipo de entretenimiento nocturno."

"The “partial view” was hardly that! The resort fees were ridiculously high in my personal opinion! I’ve stayed at better resorts that charged way less! Food in that area is over priced and flavorless! Over all great location but be ready to spend lots & lots of money!"
