"Situated in a great location, the apartments were spotlessly clean & fully stocked. The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend."

"The location of the property to center of town was spot on"

"The second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Conveniently situated in walking distance of the city centre and train station. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful and a real asset. We parked in the Q park which is just round the corner, a 2 minute walk at most and the hotel offer a discount on parking there. We had breakfast both mornings and there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Loved our 2 night stay and cant wait for the next one."

Room is spacious and was ideal as it had a fridge and air con and the temp was 30 degrees outside so we got to go back and relax in the room with the air con. "Lovely hotel but they need drawers and a proper bedside table and also need to allow guests to change air-con in their room as it would only go to 16 degrees and was on a low fan so we were still hot in our room, this was during the heatwave!
