Everything was excellent! Ate at the restaurant and it was great as well, food was delicious. Only complaint is the hot water in the room

The hotel was modern, clean, room spacious and decorated very nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel very central and can walk to main sights. Only issue we had was being locked in at night - glass front doors tied together with a bike chain lock! Although security were outside, I feel this was a concern if there was a fire and felt uncomfortable with this. Otherwise would recommend

This hotel was fine... it was reasonably comfortable and was a decent place to spend the night. BUT, this central part of Nuwara Eliya really wasn't a particularly nice place to walk around or explore, so the location leaves much to be desired.
