This was a terrible experience. We left the premises 45 minutes after checking in. There was mould through both operating g air conditioner units. Excessive mould through both shower heads. Strong sewerage smell from one of the bedroom bathrooms. There were yellow stains on the fresh bed and lounge linen along with cigarette burn marks. The bench tops in the kitchen were still dirty from previous use, clearly not cleaned. The decking around our entrance to the pool area was rotted, nails missing which caused us to trip and fall. A live rat was located under the coffee table in the main living area. The property was not accurately advertised on Expedia when we booked. The property was not near the beach nor near any amenities or shops. We contacted the manager of the hotel directly outlining our concerns and a refund on our stay. So far, the hotel appears unwilling to accomodate a refund, which we think is only reasonable considering our circumstances. We have a 10 month old daughter with us and our experience with this property was not only disappointing, but extremely unhygienic and unsafe.
