Loved staying at this resort the beachfront restaurant dishes of fantastic. This resort is awesome for children. The Kids Club is great. The babysitters were helpful and the kids loved them. The rooms are very clean and large. Buffet breakfast was fantastic

This hotel it a paradise for families. The facilities are wonderful (waterslides, splash park area, kids club, games rooms and the best buffet I have ever seen). The grounds are super clean and the rooms were great. Having 2 sections of the resort (adult and family) is wonderful. If I have dropped the kids at kids club, I am able to have some proper down time. It is the best of both worlds. The staff were utterly lovely and went above and beyond.

This hotel is perfectly located if you are coming from Singapore. Shopping is walking distance tonthe hotel and bus station. The staff is super friendly as well. The spa was also a delight and the high tea experience.

We spent our family holiday at this property. The interconnecting rooms allowed us to have the room and privacy to enjoy the holidays with 3 kids. All staff is super friendly, the daily activities in the pool area are fun. The games room is well worth hours of entertainment away from the screens.

The property was good, although some renovations are undergoing and the dust around during working hours around the restaurant and pool area is not good. They have not properly sealed the area that is under construction and dust is going everywhere, including the food, and if you are around the pool are your clothes finished all full of dust, in addition, it triggered some allergies. Management should take measurements to properly seal working areas.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The pool areas were so accomodating for kids and nothing was too much for the staff. The breakfast was awesome so much selection…the food was all great too. We were in the rooms at the furthest point of the hotel with an entire building of construction in between. Our room was okay it was the bathroom grime and needing to use the tub was concerning when the water filled brown. Construction work began at 8 am everyday which when on vacation we tried to sleep in and it woke baby every morning. Our little girl threw up every time we ate at the buffet which I gave two chances she threw up both times. She did not throw up eating anywhere else on the island and we explored a lot and ate at many other locations. Food is definitely quantity over quality. Pool closed at 7 so by the time we got back from exploring pool was closed and nothing for kids to do. Family area was on the complete opposite end of the property. That area was amazing and I think in a year or two when construction is done it will be better.

We stayed at the Grand Mirage Family Vacation. This is located approximately a two-five minute walk from the main hotel. I think it’s safe to assume that any room you book with bunkbeds or child themed rooms that this is also where you’ll be staying. This was perfect for our family. All the facilities felt set up for families and children. My eight-year-old son loved the games room my six-year-old daughter, loved close access to a climbing wall and slide into the pool. There were some great activities planned on the days we were there, such as foam party, movie and beanbags by the beach, happy hour for free gelato, candy, floss and popcorn. We were really happy with our room location, being very close to the breakfast buffet and lobby. In fact, we were really quite close to all the facilities we needed to use. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, which was tidy, and while our children enjoyed the novelty of bunkbeds, it would have been useful to have some USB outlets for charging different devices as there were only two built-in adapters. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and we were pleased with the selection each morning. For dinner we ventured outside the hotel and were pleased that Bambu Bali restaurant was right across the road. Quality local food. We would probably stay here again, but we would upgrade our room to a suite or two bedroom apartment as the kids get older.

Lovely, too modern if lioking for traditional. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The seafoid market on wednesday is not wirth the cost. Area is good and the beach is beautiful

Had a wonderful 7 nights, very clean, great staff, All Inclusive was excellent, could eat and drink at any restaurant. Buffet breakfast and lunches were fantastic.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Da wir nach einer Nacht (statt gebuchten 8 Nächten) abgereist sind, können wir das Grand Mirage keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!! Die Lobby ist ansprechend, aber damit endet es. Die Zimmer, der Pool- und Frühstücksbereich sind schmuddelig, unhygienisch und heruntergekommen. Keinesfalls 5 Sterne! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig, jedoch auf schmutzigen Anrichten platziert. Wir waren vom Allgemeinzustand fassungslos. Ein Budget All inklusive Hotel würde zutreffen. Zu diesem Preis nicht vertretbar! Auf jeden Fall nach Alternativen suchen.
