Wie wir in das Zimmer gekommen sind haben wir festgestellt das bei der Heizung das Wasser raus gelaufen ist habe dann gleich die Rezeption angerufen und wir haben sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war wirklich top wir kommen sicher wieder

Es war alles sehr angenehm - bis auf die Schiebetür im Bad. Auch war es nicht schön, dass das Zimmer direkt zum Haupteingang ausgerichtet war. Das war z.T. recht laut. Außerdem war es schade, dass abends nur 5/6 recht teure Essen angeboten wurden.

Unser Zimmer hatte wohl ein Problem mit den Abflussrohren. Es hat dazerhaft sehr unagenehm gerochen. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer eine Verbindubgstür, durch die wur jedes Wort unserer Zimmernachbarn hören konnten. Das Frühstückspersonal war wohl mit dem Andrang an Gästen überfordert, das Buffet war fast komplett leer. Ich würde da nicht nochmal übernachten. Beim Auschecken habe ich das die Dame an der Rezeption auf den Gestank im Zimmer hingewiesen und die Lautstärke. Irgendwelche versuche etwas gut zu machen kamen von ihr leider nicht.

Sauberes Zimmer, jedoch mit Wanne als Dusche👎, Personal in der Bar sehr nett. Das Frühstück war eine Katastropge (es gab n u r Schinken, welcher immer wieder nachgefüllt wurde) keinerlei andere Wurst und Käse, Butter fehlte während unseres Frühstücks ( 1 Stunde). Statt Freundlichkeit bei Aufforderung reagierte das Personal mit patzigen Antworten. Beim Check-out auf die Frage, ob alles in Ordnung war, der Hinweis auf das schlechte Frühstück, der Hinweis, es kann nicht sein, denn die anderen Gäste waren sehr zufrieden. Geht gar nicht!

Frühstücksbuffett nach ziemlich nachgelassen. Ebenfalls das Publikum, Kinder rennen und bedienen sich mit Hand am Bufett und legen dann die Käsescheiben wieder zurück. Eltern schauen nicht nach dem Kindern und sind laut. Es wird vielzuviel auf den Teller geladen und halbvoll zurückgelassen, dafür aber Neue Lebensmittel wieder aufgeladen.

Wir waren jetzt seit 2021 insgesamt 6x im Seminaris Hotel. Das alleine sagt ja schon einiges aus. Als Exilnürnbergerin mag ich die Lage sehr gerne denn man ist schnell auf den Autobahnen und meine Familie ist auch schnell erreicht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Design ist mal was anderes - uns gefällt es. Leider fiel uns a6f, daß die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks nachgelassen hat was für uns tatsächlich ein Grund ist, beim nächsten Besuch in Nürnberg mal Alternativen zu suchen. Die Bar ist gute sortiert und hat auch eine gute Auswahl an Bier, Whiskey und Cocktails. Wenn nicht gerade der Club spielt, sind auch genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.
