"A very peaceful stay near the shrine in Fujinomiya. It was nice to have a genuine tatami room sleep. If you are a big party this could be a really great place to book all rooms. If you have accessible needs, I will say there are a number of non-uniform stair cases, unexpected changes and dropoffs throughout, but in my opinion this is to be expected in an old building like this. If the accessibility notes aren’t a concern I would recommend this place to get a taste of quiet and more...

"The earlier comments have certainly been taken to heart; the accommodation was clean and the amenities were good. Although the twin room was sparsely furnished, it was good enough for an overnight stay. However, if you're a side sleeper like we were, you might find the futons to be too thin to be truly comfortable. Excellent place for backpackers and short-stay, not so much for families or extended stays."
