"Funciono, bien el aire, no ocupe la alberca, hubo un inconveniente con la reservación, a pesar de yo haber selecciónado 2 adultos y un menor de 13 años , en la estancia querían cobrar extra por el menor del 20% alegando que la plataforma de expedia esta en un error , que los menores que ellos aceptan son de 7 años. Al final se resolvió y respetaron la reservación, pero ojo a ese detalle."

"There are many nice aspects of this old hotel -- built in the 50s and 60s on a high cliff 240 stone steps above Playa La Ropa (best beach in the area). Let me say I am an American and this place caters to mostly Mexicans. I did have a great stay, but there are rough spots that people should know about and some that management could fix.
First there is zero 'room guide' that would assist those unfamiliar with such things as the AC (that has ~ 6 modes, only 2 of which cool the room). Cable TV ...

"No nos dejaron ingresar hasta despues de las 3 pm, ni siquiera a la alberca, cuando llegamos a las 2:30 se fue la luz y no me dieron mi habitación por ese motivo solo un "hasta que llegue te entrego" estuvimos 7 hrs sin luz y sin agua en todo el Hotel y por lo tanto sin que me entregaran habitación.
Entiendo que el problema de la luz es algo extraordinario, pero se noto que no tienen un plan de contingencia vs esos detalles y que su personal no esta capacitado ni tiene empatia con el cliente...
