Room had no air, as there was no air conditioning and as it was duplex family room, with the heat it was unbearable. We all spent the night sweating and had to get a fan from the car to attempt to cool us down. The heating/cooling system did not work and there was no one around to help. The toilet was so close to the sink it was uncomfortable. There were no staff on site and when we turned up it was not obvious how to open the car park gate.

This was our first stay at a b&b hotel and will definitely be our last. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who said we had to pay a security deposit. We paid this on the understanding it would be repaid. It turned out this was not the case, it was to pay for the room which we had already paid for in advance through hotels.com . Despite me contacting hotels.com since our return and their efforts on our behalf, the hotel have refused our refund. This has resulted in me paying twice for a hotel room. On top of that the air-conditioning wasn't working meaning the room was too uncomfortable to sleep in. We asked for a fan but none available and we're told that the air-conditioning was expensive to repair and they didn't know when it would be repaired. My advice is avoid at all costs.

Arrivée de nuit un peu compliquée, le code transmis par email ne fontionnait pas. Un mail supplémentaire après l'enregistrement sur place serait un plus (numéro de chambre, code porte, horaires du petit dejeuner...). Attention : le numero d'appel avant votre sejour est payant. La chambre était fonctionnelle. Propreté moyenne, mouches collées au plafond de la salle de bains.

Séjour express avec un service mediocre, lit sur une planche en bois, sale de bain avec des traces, personnel à l'accueil desagreable et lorsque je demande des conseils sur des boulangeries à proximité, m'indique de regarder sur Waze. Bruit la nuit car les murs sont en cartons et les rideaux ne couvrent pas l'ensemble de la fenetre donc lumiere poluante toute la nuit.

Der var pænt og rent. Personalet havde svært ved engelsk, men det gik. Pænt værelse med hvad der behøves. Super din morgnen buffet. Dog ligger det ikke på den angivede adresse, men ca. 200 meter der fra!

Hela hotellet skulle vara rökfritt, men det var helt uppenbart att hotellrummet vi fick var ”inrökt”. Det luktade rök i rummet och det känns inte fräscht. Gäster stod ute i loftgången och rökte vilket gör att man inte kunde öppna fönstret heller. Frukosten var undermålig (förutom äppeljuicen som var toppen och yoghurtarna). Korven var härsken och pain au chokolade var rakt igenom bara socker. Inga grönsaker överhuvud taget.
