"i would never return to this hotel. i did not feel safe. i had a bug in the bathroom and stains on my comforter. and the man who checked in me made me extremely uncomfortable. i double locked my door for additional security because of how uneasy he made me feel. staff smoked so much right at the entrance that i thought it was a smoking property. it was so unclean that i didn’t even bother trying breakfast because i knew it couldn’t be sanitary based on how dirty the property was. never again. The elevators were not working properly, which made getting around very inconvenient. The room definitely needs upgrades — the furniture was old and worn down, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool area was also disappointing. It was small, dirty, overcrowded with kids, and there seemed to be no staff monitoring or organizing the area, which made it feel chaotic and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."
