"Maravilloso lugar, ubicación excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación en el último piso en invierno, silencioso, cálido y con una tremenda vista!!! Quizás la cama fue lo menos cómodo (muy dura para nosotros), pero todo el resto, increíble, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora, baño y habitación amplios, y comedor cocina óptimo!!! Muy recomendable. Com a orientação recebida na confirmação da reserva sobre o local do check in, foi super fácil de localizar, e o hotel fica muito perto da praça pra quem chega de ônibus, e tbm é fácil acesso para a estação de trem. Um pouco desgastante em relação as malas por causa dos degraus, tando no deslocamento como dentro do próprio hotel mas isso é típico de Veneza. "
