The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and would definitely recommend. Do yourself a favor and make sure to complete the check-in instructions before you arrive. Especially if you don't have international calling or data. Otherwise the staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good, and it's in a great area.

Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast that came on time every morning, really clean & comfortable beds. Good aircon to keep us cool during the July heat! Friendly cleaning & breakfast staff, good communication to check into the hotel. We was able to check into our room once we arrived which was a bit earlier than normal check in time. No negatives about this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here on your holiday to Venice!

It was comfortable, clean, and location was also good. Good sound proofing. No air conditioning though, they said its only available in summer months. But they provided us with a fan.

What a beautiful property. The rooms are outstanding and exactly what you want if you come to Venice. Location is brilliant, with 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Surrounded by restaurants and bars Breakfast was beautiful and served to your room
