"This is not our first family staycation at this hotel, as we do enjoy the general tranquility and delicious breakfast spread with the chocolate fountain. It helps that we plan our activities to avoid the crowded peak period for breakfast (9am to 10pm) and the pool (4pm onwards). "We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"The best boutique hotel I’ve stayed at. The service was impeccable, the rooms were very clean. Stunning decor and the rooftop area was perfect for seeing the city and the hills. Would definitely recommend as it’s quiet yet not too far from the bustling Orchard Road."

"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "
