The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious but what stands out at The W Sentosa is the staff. Every single one of them go above and beyond to ensure your trip is the best it can be. Vince and Noel, the two concierges, take the time to get to know you by name and made sure they knew what we were up to each day, provided recommendations and make the children feel like rock stars during their stay! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the W life once again.

Excellent hotel - clean, friendly, great pool.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. We were here for five nights in a marina view room with a balcony. The pool is fantastic. The staff were all amazing and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Special items (egg free) were made for our daughter at breakfast which she was thrilled about. Dinner at skirt was delicious.

The staff was Excellent. Accomodating and caring. Noel, one of the concierge staff, made our stay especially memorable. He had special cakes waiting in our room on several occasions and some speakers for my daughters phone. Vince, the other concierge was super helpful as well. Clarrisa at the breakfast reception was awesome and always made us feel welcome. All the staff was terrific, actually. The location is right on the free bus route that we always used to move around the area in combination tith the Sentosa Express and cable cars. They change the QR code for free travel on the Sentosa Express is updated every 3 days, so keep that in mind. Universal was great and the Oeanarium was well worth the entry fee. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent and attentive service by the staff from check in to check out. The staff even offered each of us a bottle of water when we returned from our morning exercise. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great resort, room was a good size and the resort is really close to restaurants to get out of the hotel, pool was amazing, service good and enough lounges for everyone.
