"Our time was amazing. We ended up extending one night. Pool was great - kids had an amazing time. Breakfast had options for everyone, it was plentiful and filling. Housekeeping was very sweet and accommodating. We arrived at night since we had a 11 hour drive in - receptionist was welcoming and had the biggest smile on her face every-time we saw her. "Clean room, breakfast was okay"

"Couch cushions covered in stains. Asked for extra towels because we had 2 towels for 4 people and they told me they were out and they would get us pool towels- which were basically rags. The coffee machine did not work at all. No blankets or sheets to make up pull out sofa. Front desk laughed when I told them, walked into a back room and never came back.. instead someone else with a few sheets came over to me ten minutes later. Floor was gross."

"The only complaint we had was we were on the 4th floor and the water never really got warm enough innthe shower. The facilitybwas clean, staff were friendly, and it looked modern. However when staying for surgery the next day it would of been nice to have a hot shower."

"I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay"
