"This is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. The Hotel is in an elegant chateaux that has been converted into lovely rooms. We had a suite that was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Stunning grounds and gardens. A great pool. And the restaurant was over the top. Oliver and John are warm and friendly hosts. Elegant setting, amazing food...

"We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. "

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Clémence ist super freundlich und eine tolle Wirtin. Zum Frühstück gab es stets frisches, selbstgemachrs Brot, selbstgemachter Joghurt sowie auch jeden Tag etwas selbstgemachtes süsses wie Crepes, French Toast, Pancakes,... Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten in unserem wirklich tollen Zimmer nur eine Badewanne, welche zum Duschen etwas umständlich war. Aber das ist wirklich eine ganz kleine Anmerkung am Rande. Wir würden sofort wieder...

"La maison d'hôtes a été ouverte récemment, toutes les chambres et les équipements sont neufs. Le site est logé au milieu d'un haras, donc environnement calme. Le lieu étant éloigné des zones urbaines, je conseille la table d'hôtes le soir qui est excellente et permet de partager avec Vanessa un monde souvent inconnu, celui des chevaux de courses. Convivialité assurée."
