"Great property in a great location. Close to metro and many restaurants and businesses. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The place was clean. The a/c was cold. The welcome gift was a nice touch. And the blackout blinds were amazing! The only thing I would complain about was not getting refills on coffee and sugar when we ran out. It wasn’t a daily thing. "Very spacious 2 BR, 2BA apartment with conveniences such as washer/dryer, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, etc. The building is well-located in an area that was quiet at night, but within walking distance of more active neighborhoods and is walkable to historical sites.
The front desk staff was very friendly and fluent in English. They were helpful with our bags and advice on sightseeing. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.

"The property is near the Avenida Liberdade. However, the room assigned to us was in the 3rd floor and the levator only goes up to the 2nd floor. I was not informed about this set-up. My 84 year old mom struggled to use the stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. And also we have have big luggages and we have to pull it up the stairs."

"This place was perfect! Walking distance to everything! We did do some Ubers due to some places being all uphill walking. Staff was amazing- super helpful and friendly. They gave excellent food recommendations and how to get to places. They also helped with transport to and from the airport. The property was beautiful and our balcony faced the street- it was neat to people watch. The laundry was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!"
