"Jacuzzi was out of order. I did get an email after booking so expected it to be a last minute technical fault. On speaking to permanent gym members was told it has not been working at all this year. They need to remove it from their amenities list. Also no robes as advertised."

"The room was slightly stuffy and couldn’t change the air con settings very easily. Other than that everything was spotless, the staff were helpful the lady who booked us in was great and ordered me a taxi for a specified time. A very pleasant stay."

"Got to the hotel and and asked if we could have food, the guy who checked us in , said I’ll show you to your room and then I’ll find out , he never came back to us, so ended up having a bag of crisps The other staff was very polite and very helpful Went to bed and the room was nice , but after falling a sleep I woke up around 3am feeling very cold as the heating had been turned off Breakfast wasn’t very nice , bacon was very fatty and the sausage didn’t taste that great, mushrooms was very bland "

"The food and drinks are excellent especially the breakfasts. Unfortunately the rooms are being refurbished over time and ours was particularly tired with a part of the window structure missing. Overall the hotel is in an ideal place for a stay in Norwich and I would use it again!"

"Airport very close. Nice pool with sauna, steam room and hot tub. Very friendly, hardworking staff, finished off with an amazing breakfast. "

"No information on WiFi in room, but it was available. Staff pleasant and room clean. Hotel a little tired in places. Breakfast expensive so ate out. Noisy building work going on, could maybe have offered some sort of compensation, drink or breakfast perhaps. Also water in room, but unclear if this was complimentary or chargeable. Excellent location"
