"Everything was great with the exception of wait staff for breakfast ! They completely ignore you unless you want the buffet .. very rude every time we tried to eat there . Otherwise the staff is great . Just don’t eat breakfast there !"

"This is not the 4 star hotel that it sells itself as. Everything is priced like it is, but the quality falls short. Our room wasnt ready until after 5pm. Room service is served in plastic trays - $40 to 60 entrees for room service should be plated. Housekeeping skipped us and we had to remind them. The decor is nice, but on closer exam not as clean as it should be. The pools are smaller than they appear and not the most pleasant."

"The pool is fantastic and so are the complimentary activities like the bike riding, golf, and kayaking. Absolutely obsessed with the smell of the lobby I want to bottle it up like perfume. One of the nicer hotels I’ve been to in Orlando. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from our room at night and the food/drinks on sight are spectacular. I don’t even want to go on further because I want to keep this place my little secret when visiting Orlando."

"The room and amenities are great. The property is very spread out, which is a bonus and drawback in different ways. Sacrificing a bit of speed and convenience is likely worth it for the spacious, relaxed feel of the resort. It was a great place, and I give it 4.5 stars because there are places I’ve stayed that more thoroughly earn the 5 star rating. "

"There were a lot of roaches. We told them they just removed one, didnt clean after. Then we saw where they are coming from the main door entrance there is a hole that seems to not have been plugged. They didnt seem to care at all about. We wont return"
